Software Developer is a highly skilled and complex job involving system design, implementation, and deployment. It demands an in-depth knowledge of analysis, programming, testing and debugging as well as communication skills to work effectively within a team.
Computer Systems Analysts work with most other employees in an organization, including managers and technical staff. Their job is to analyze the current systems being used and find ways to improve them by identifying ways to increase productivity, reduce costs and errors, and improve customer service.
An IT Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organisation’s computer systems are maintained and developed in line with current technology and business requirements. They ensure that IT systems are secure, reliable and available when needed, with opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.

Developers need to be able to communicate well with the client and other team members, as they usually work in close contact with them during the development process.
